PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Day Trips: Payment for all tours is due in advance. Day trips are due 30 days prior to date of trip. Day trips that have tickets purchased in advance (plays, etc.) must be paid at time of reservation - as we frequently receive better seats the earlier we receive payment. We do start a wait list on the trips that are booked. Therefore, if you have to cancel a trip and can't find anyone to take your place, this enables us to try and find a replacement for you. If we can, your payment will be refunded. Also - when space is available, we will take reservations (on all day trips) up to date of trip. Overnight Tours: All overnight trips require a deposit and final payment due 45-60 days prior to trip (depending on trip). Travel Insurance is recommended for all multi-night trips.
